The Company serves a diverse base of commercial and industrial customers throughout southern Connecticut and has built a loyal, long-standing customer base supported by recurring maintenance relationships. Air Comfort’s preventative maintenance programs drive consistent service demand, contributing to a stable and resilient revenue profile.
This acquisition enhances Action Air’s geographic density in Connecticut, improving route efficiency, response times, and overall service delivery. It also strengthens Action Air’s recurring revenue base through additional preventative maintenance contracts while creating new opportunities to expand customer relationships and deliver more comprehensive HVAC solutions.
