Founded in 1922, McArdle & Walsh has earned a strong reputation for deep industry knowledge, reliable service, and long-standing customer relationships. The proposed acquisition would unite two legacy organizations that share a commitment to exceptional customer experience, product expertise, and continuous investment in the trades.
The potential addition of McArdle & Walsh supports APR Supply Co.’s strategic expansion into Maryland. With an existing footprint of more than 42 locations across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, bringing McArdle & Walsh into the APR network would increase inventory availability, expand product breadth, and enhance local support for contractors in the Baltimore market.
