JTW Advisors served as the exclusive investment banker to Gator Air Conditioning for the transaction.
The sale of Gator Air Conditioning attracted significant interest from a highly competitive field of buyers, driven by the company’s strong brand reputation and the desirability of its market. After receiving multiple bids, Gator ultimately selected Del-Air due to its industry-leading reputation and commitment to employee growth and integration.
